Lawyers Limited was incorporated in the US state of Nevada in 1906. We have lawyers and experienced consultants on staff who are passionate about protecting the assets of our clients.
The words “Corporation,” “Incorporated,” and “Limited” and their abbreviations are the most common three corporate endings. (Technically it’s called a “corporate identifier,” identifying that it is a corporation rather than another type of entity, but alas, we digress.) The ending, “Limited” is a bit more common in the UK and Canada than in the US. It just indicates that a company is a corporation.
